"My wife and I were closing on our townhouse and needed to secure insurance for it. We called Ben Collinger - State Farm Agency and talk to Savannah Moxley. "Most recently,Shay at the office of Ben Collinger, State Farm Insurance, was incredibly helpful to us.
We made an appointment to review our HO policy coverage. We met with Shay, who went through each item, line by line, ensuring that we understood and agreed with all the listed charges. After a thorough review, we left happy and excited that instead of an increase in our rates, we were able to adjust down, with some modifications.
Then another conversation took place when we needed to update our Personal Items policy. After many revisions of the policy, Shay was diligent on getting us a reasonable new rate, without us calling SF headquarters our self! Certainly saving us hours of time and investigation.
