"From reaching out to my agent, Chalee Carmichael to the tire being replaced could not have gone any better. Chalee patiently answered my numerous questions (I have only use roadside once) and helped me navigate to and through the app. She checked back with me several times to make sure everything was working and that the repair was complete. Could not have done it without her!!! ****New 01.06.2026**** It’s been 13 years since purchasing a vehicle and things have changed. ONCE AGAIN, CHALEE “held my hand “ and made sure I had everything covered with my new vehicle. Not only that, she followed up when she found I had missed some important last steps with my old vehicle insurance and made it right! It may sound cliche, but I could not do it without her! "I’ve been going through some life changes. As they say when it rains it pours. I’m in the middle of a downpour. Then a friend backed into my parked car and did significant damage. I called Ben Collinger’s office and spoke to Shay. She was so very sweet and helpful. She emailed me detailed instructions of what to do step my step. I can’t say enough nice things about her and Ben’s staff. Shay was a ray of sunshine in a difficult and upsetting day. Ben’s office and Shay will be my go to for my insurance needs."

"Most recently,Shay at the office of Ben Collinger, State Farm Insurance, was incredibly helpful to us. We made an appointment to review our HO policy coverage. We met with Shay, who went through each item, line by line, ensuring that we understood and agreed with all the listed charges. After a thorough review, we left happy and excited that instead of an increase in our rates, we were able to adjust down, with some modifications. Then another conversation took place when we needed to update our Personal Items policy. After many revisions of the policy, Shay was diligent on getting us a reasonable new rate, without us calling SF headquarters our self! Certainly saving us hours of time and investigation.
